ScentsoryCandles has a great fundraising program - it's easy and it works!  Our premium soy candles are hand poured and highly scented.  They feature cotton (lead-free) wicks and burn cleanly to the bottom of the container.  Customers love our candles! 

Your group will receive 50% of the total sales.  There are no minimum orders and no upfront costs.  Your group has the option of doing in-person sales, online sales, or both.  Here's how the general program works (these policies can be tailored to meet your organization's needs):

1. If you would like to take part in our fundraising program, please contact us at fundraiser@scentsorycandles.com.  Please include the name of the organization, mailing address, contact phone number, and number of participants in the fundraiser.   Please specify the candle size(s) you would like to sell (5 oz, 10 oz, and/or 16 oz). 
   
2. ScentsoryCandles provides your organization with everything it needs to get started.  We provide each participant with an easy-to-use order form that features the candles available for sale.  We make it simple by offering candles in 6-8 fragrances of your choice. 
3. Your supporters are asked to pay when placing an order.  We suggest your fundraiser participants take orders for 2 weeks.  At the end of the fundraiser, participants turn in all money and sales forms to the fundraising organizer.
4. The fundraising organizer tallies the orders using the master tally sheet that we provide.  Keep the original order forms for your records.  The master tally sheet is sent to us, along with a check or money order for 50% of the total money collected.  Payment should be made out to ScentsoryCandles LLC and should be sent in the self-addressed envelope provided.  At the end of the fundraising period, ScentsoryCandles will write a check to your organization for 50% of any online sales associated with your fundraiser.
   
5. Once payment is received and your check clears, we will ship or deliver your order in approximately 15-20 business days.  Larger orders may take longer, so please plan accordingly.  Your organization is responsible for shipping costs.  Online orders will be shipped directly to customers at their expense.
   
6. Once you receive the shipment, you separate the orders and give them to your fundraising participants to deliver to your supporters.
