PAYMENT ScentsoryCandles accepts major credit card payments via PayPal (account not required), personal checks, and money orders. Please make checks payable to ScentsoryCandles LLC. If you are paying by personal check, please allow 7 business days for bank authorization and clearance.Please note that a $35.00 service fee will be charged on any check returned by the bank.
SHIPPING All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Orders are usually sent out within 3-5 business days. During the holiday rush, a slight delay may occur; we will notify you if this is the case. We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs due to errors in the shipping address. We only ship to continental United States and APO/FPO addresses. Items shipped or purchased within Virginia are subject to 5% sales tax. Customers have the option to purchase insurance if their order total is less than $150. Insurance will automatically be added to the shipping charge for orders of $150 or more.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT We carefully inspect each package before it is shipped. ScentsoryCandles is not responsible for damage that occurs to our products during the shipping process. If you receive a package that is broken or damaged or in a “non-acceptable” condition, please DO NOT ACCEPT it from the carrier. Contact the carrier at 800-ASK-USPS(800-275-877) to file a claim.
RETURNS If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at returns@scentsorycandles.com within 3 days after receiving your order for authorization to return the items. Only unused items may be returned. Items must be returned within 15 days of original purchase. Please securely package items to avoid damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return any merchandise.Once items have been received, we will issue a merchandise credit or a full refund (less original shipping charges).
