We have low minimum order requirements and allow you to mix and matchcandle scents and sizes.

MINIMUM ORDER Initial wholesale orders require a $100.00 minimum order.There is a $50.00 minimum for reorders.Candle sizes and scents can be mixed and matched to fill your needs. ScentsoryCandles sells to wholesale customers for the sole purpose of reselling our products. A copy of your Tax ID# or Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption is needed prior to placing your initial order.If we do not have this information on file, we are required to charge you sales tax.
TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
ScentsoryCandles accepts the following types of payment for wholesale orders:cash, business check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and PayPal.Payment is due at the time of order.Please note if you are paying by check, your order will not be released until the check clears the bank.There will be a $35 service fee on all returned checks.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.All orders outside of the local area are shipped at actual cost by the customer’s chosen method; shipping costs are billed separately.At the customer’s request, local orders can be shipped at actual cost or delivered for a $10.00 fee per order.Orders are generally shipped or delivered within 10 business days.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT We carefully inspect each package before it is shipped. ScentsoryCandles is not responsible for damage that occurs to our products during the shipping process. If you receive a package that is broken, damaged, or in a “non-acceptable” condition, please leave the merchandise in the original packaging and contact us within 2 business days of order delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
RETURNS If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us within 15 days of purchase provided they are in their original condition. Upon return, we will refund what you paid, less shipping/delivery charges and the cost of any candles not returned in sellable condition.Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return any merchandise.
